Degree in Organization Development, Rebecca Castleton has over 20 years experience in teambuilding, coaching, career transition and development, change management, and branding and naming.
As a Senior
Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison -the third largest career management
and executive coaching firm worldwide- Rebecca worked with hundreds
of corporate individuals and groups during career transition.
A certified
professional in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator since 1987, she
designed and led numerous workshops using the MBTI and the Strong
Career Inventory to guide participants in career/life choices. She
has used the MBTI with hundreds of clients to help individuals and
work teams understand and accept their unique differences and to
build a framework to strengthen relationships, increase team effectiveness,
develop leadership skills, deal with conflict, manage diversity,
and to successfully handle change.
Rebecca has
worked with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized
businesses, and non-profit organizations to help them envision and
build inspiring futures. She has been an independent consultant
for more than half of her career.
With expertise
in branding and naming, Rebecca was Associate Director of Verbal
Branding and Naming with Landor Associates- the well-known corporate
identity, design, branding and naming firm with 26 offices in the
US, Europe and Asia . At Landor, Rebecca managed client accounts
and developed creative platforms, strategy, positioning, brand architecture,
nomenclature systems and naming solutions for a large, international
client base. She facilitated numerous brainstorms to develop creative
solutions for clients, and led “Brand Driver” seminars that successfully
uncovered core insights used to drive brand success.
